To download Acer support drivers, you must first identify your device by entering your device serial number (SNID) or model number. Once you have identified your device, you can search for the appropriate driver on the Acer Drivers and Manuals page. The details on the device will show ACPIMSFT0101. This device corresponds to the TPM module, which does not have a driver.

Missing Drivers

If you are missing a universal serial bus (USB) controller driver or an unknown device driver after installing Windows 7 64-bit on an Acer Aspire E5-57d 3, you can follow the instructions below to find the appropriate driver:

1. In your Internet browser, navigate to the Acer Drivers and Manuals page.
2. Search for your system using the Serial Number.
3. Once you have found your system, click on the "Drivers" tab.

TPM Issues
